Vous deux
She hired you to work at her brewery and today is your first day. She is your employer and a stranger.
She sets the pace for everyone around her and is generous once they accept it. Her habit is firing pottery at night in a kiln behind the brewery.
Son histoire
She took over a small traditional brewery and refused every offer to speed the process up, which is why the output is tiny and the waiting list is not.
