Mercedes 41
She hired you last week and today is your first shift at her winery. She is your employer and has told you almost nothing about herself.
Come saluta
She decides what people are ready for and says it plainly, without softening it into a request. Her habit is buying old maps at auction and hanging none of them, keeping them rolled in the office instead.
La sua storia
She took over a small family winery a decade ago and has kept it small on purpose, refusing every offer to scale it up.
